With Christmas only just around the corner now (only two short months til Christmas Eve - eeeek!) I’m looking at my list of everyone to buy presents for and starting to panic a wee bit.

Now that we know we can sort all our kiddy Christmas needs out here, let’s look at the new offerings in place at Kids Gift List:

First up is Heavenly Creatures, designed and made in Australia to be both irresistible and functional. In fact, as Monique at Kids Gift List puts it, Heavenly Creatures clothing is designed to never get in the way of ‘ swings, scooters, fairies, mud or cupcakes’, while maintaining a feel of nostalgic mixed in with cool - and isn’t that just what we all want from our children’s clothing! I love the fabrics too - super soft tees made from Tencel which is silky and delicious on the skin while being environmentally friendly.

Now on to Sooki Baby, an eternal KidStyleFile favourite.  Designed for little babies with big attitudes, these pieces feature bold, quirky prints on quality fabrics with an excellent cut.  The Summer 2008 collection features groovy lizards and safari patterns for boys, and cheeky chickies and ’sugar and spice’ prints for girls along with geometric patterns - so hip!

Knuffle Kid is another new face at Kids Gift List, and it’s bound to be a popular one with its focus on vintage fabrics including gingham and spots. Last designer to feature today is Miriam Bereson, whose tasteful kids decor is also new to Kids Gift List.  I adore her mirrors! As the mother to a small boy who would spend all day talking to the friendly toddler in the mirror if I let him, I’m very tempted by the robot mirror.  It’s affordable, would look great in his playroom and might save my dressing mirror from so many little finger marks!

The Miriam Bereson alphabet and number wall friezes are a colourful and attractive way to make decor educational and the 2009 Yearly Planner is a stylish way to keep the whole family organised.
