Don’t you just love the great feeling you get from a new haircut, a new shade of lipstick or a new dress? Often a makeover is a wonderful thing, giving us a fresh start and making what was already good even better.

Given that my body is still recovering from having a baby two months ago, I can’t wait to give it a go.
