Markets are the ideal place to scout for hot new talent, and at the recent Mathilda’s Market in Melbourne I was thrilled to meet the lovely Natalie Hennekam, designer-maker of Moederkip – www.moederkip.com.au – (pron. moo-der kip – Dutch for ‘mother hen’ ).
I was instantly attracted by the rich, bright colours, innovative designs and quality fabrics that comprise Moederkip’s compact range of clothing and accessories for boys and girls in sizes 2-5 years.
