Make It Crafty: Woolly Fun Craft for Kids

Brrrrrr!!! This week has reminded most of Australia that it really is winter. Howling wind, heavy rain and snow in the highlands has sent us a message it is time to head inside, stay warm, get cosy and get out the craft basket!

Wintertime is the perfect time to round up some balls of wool and have some fun making and creating. Making pom-poms or finger knitting are both fun and are easy to accomplish and may even take you on a trip down memory lane. You can even make your own words with some wool and glue – these would look lovely on a child’s bedroom door.

This month’s selection of Woolly Crafts are all very easy and mostly use things you might find around the house. Hope you get some good ideas to share with your kids on a cosy afternoon inside.
