Playtime Paris is an international trade show that showcases some of the most gorgeous and imaginative international designer children’s brands. Trade shows like Playtime Paris allow retailers to check out collections from designers for delivery to shops in the following year: the retailers essentially go home with a big shopping list of beautiful products for us to enjoy later on!
This year Playtime Paris had over 300 international brands exhibiting. Many of the international brands are already some of our firm favourites, such as Bobo Choses, Le Vestiaire de Jeanne, Severina Kids, Atsuyo Et Akiko and Noro.
I was delighted to uncover some other cool brands like Italian brand Monsieur Cucu, a super chic label for babies, kids and women. I also adored the super cute Snooshy softies which are hand knitted from Tibetan Yak wool and can be accessorised with on-trend outfits made from fashion industry off-cuts!
Playtime has finished in Paris for now, but will be heading to New York and Tokyo later this month to showcase local and international brands in those fantastic cities.
