It is that time of the year when gift giving starts. There are often many people to thank for their care and kindness throughout the year. Teachers, babysitters, child carers and family all make their own contribution to our children’s lives and it is a great time to say thanks. Here are some gift ideas that your children can make themselves to give to their teachers or friends.
The fabric covered pots could be filled with herbs or flowers, and the face plates are a simple way to re-purpose some crockery with a porcelain paint pen. The Pencil Puzzle might require a little more help but it is a fun and practical gift. The etched hand mirror is also a great idea, and the etching medium can be used on drinking glasses as well.
Hope you have fun trying some of these projects, don’t forget to check our art and craft archive for more easy ideas and inspiration.
