Ever since my eldest started pre-school two years ago, I have been obsessed with lunchboxes. I’m a big believer that presentation is the key to ensuring that a packed lunch is completely eaten, and this all starts with the lunchbox. I have tried quite a range, but at our place it is the zippered lunchbox that has proven most loved. With my youngest embarking on her first preschool experience later this year I have been seeking a new design. I have had my eye on a particular brand in the US for a while now after first spotting it in Celebrity Baby Scoop, and they have just arrived in Australia!
Beatrix New York – www.beatrixny.com.au - is a hip label who have created a range of cool and quirky backpacks, lunch boxes, drink bottles, wheelie cases and cute cuddle pillows. Inspiration for each character comes from the magical world of the ‘Maakun Forest’ where they all live in harmony (and pop out occasionally to adorn the Beatrix NY range, of course).
