The Munster Kids range – www.munsterkids.com.au - is inspired by the urban legend Mikey Munster, the sharp-toothed trouble maker in every kid. Encompassing Munster (for boys), Mini Munster (for baby boys), Missie Munster (for girls), and, for the first time, Lil Missie Munster (for baby girls), this fashion forward brand draws further inspiration from music, art and street culture.
I had several ‘I want! I want!’ moments when looking over the Munster Kids SS12 lookbook. The graphics are bold, colours are abundant, and the styles are super hip (think graphic tees, coloured jeans, drop-waisted minis, jumpsuits etc). The Missie Munster range includes colourful peacock prints, and graphic love hearts; while the Munster range features recurring street motifs including skateboard and BMX images.
