This month we’ve gathered a sample of some ethical fashion choices suitable for the coming warmer days. Being ethical about the fashion choices you make doesn’t mean sacrificing on style by any means; check out some of our fave spring/summer picks below for some inspiration.

Green Guide August 2012: Ethical Summer Fashion Finds

Eternal Creation is a full member of the Fair Trade Association of Australia and New Zealand and manufactures beautiful, high quality clothing from their Himalaya Tailoring Centre in lower Dharamsala. This beautiful outfit is colourful and fun. The floral print on the cotton balloon pants has me longing for those sunny spring days that are just around the corner.

Beautifully tailored, but still cool enough to get some boyish approval, we love this Eternal Creation blue and denim ensemble. Eternal Creation is also one of the largest private employers in lower Dharamsala, providing valuable employment opportunities and prioritising fair labour conditions for all employees.

c. Girls Peasant Dress / Vintage Fabric / Upcycled, $38.00 USD
I think these colours scream summer. This upcycled little girl’s dress is made from lovely vintage cotton red gingham fabric. The bottom corner is adorned with a turquoise blue polka dot pocket.

This pretty upcycled dress is made from upcycled clothing and vintage hankies; the soft flowing fabrics make this the perfect dress to twirl around in this coming summer.
