The secret of a stylish wardrobe is not neccesarily the procurement of as many latest seasonal pieces as you can lay your hands on, but the steady gathering of staples mixed with statement pieces. I’m a little obsesssed with kids fashion (no suprises there) but with a limited budget to spend on the creation of my kidlets wardrobe, I have taken to writing “wish lists” and slowly but steadily gathering pieces as they come on sale for the remainder of the season and into the following year. Gosh I love spring! It’s the perfect time for new beginnings, a new wardrobe and an opportunity to take some time out and smell all the gorgeous flowers blooming in the garden. Chicks hatch from their eggs, the lizards start climbing out from the dark to rest on the rockery and the kidlets are finally released into the back yard to giggle, jump and tiptoe through the daisies. Oh yes, Springtime is glorious.
