Norwegian label Jumina - www.jumina.no – has been drawn from the creative mind of Elisabeth Grønning Rognmo. With a passion for the environment, each garment is fabricated from fair-trade certified cotton from within Elisabeth’s environmentally friendly Strawbalehouse. Quality and ethics are Elisabeth’s top priority, with her range the first brand of children’s clothing in Norway to use Fair-trade certified cotton.
The upcoming Jumina Autumn / Winter 2012 collection is an enchanting masterpiece, a Norwegian fairytale. Photographer Jens Haugen recently shot the footage for the range which captures perfectly what I think Elisabeth was attempting to convey with the collection. With undertones of Hansel and Gretel, and a hint of playful witchiness, the range is sure to captivate you and your kidlets.
Jumina is available in sizes 2 to 10 years, with accessories starting from US$21.00. You can purchase items directly from the Jumina online store (which ships internationally).
