Sarah Waldo can easily be described as passionate – passionate about kids and passionate about fashion! Both passions are reflected in her company Sarah Waldo Organics.
A graduate from the Parsons School of Design in New York, Sarah was the first children’s wear designer to be named Parsons Designer of the Year. Her line from that year was displayed in the window of Sak’s Fifth Avenue and she went on to working with a number of presitigious companies such as Kule, Baby Gap, Vespa, and Ralph Lauren’s Polo Kids.
Sarah Waldo’s philosophy is to create beautifully designed, meticulouly constructed and comfortable clothing for girls that is also kind the the environment.
Before design school, Sarah worked as a Nanny for over 10 years, and this experience has heavily influenced her belief in creating clothing that reflects the innocence and joy of children.
The Sarah Waldo Organics collections are made using organic and natural fibres including cotton, silk and wool, and low-impact plant based dyes.
