When news of a new bundle of joy reaches my ears, when I receive an invitation to a kids birthday party, or when I feel a little gift is deserving for no particular reason, my mind goes into overdrive. It’s starting to feel a lot like Christmas. Case in point: over the weekend, my suburb seemed to suddenly (almost magically) light up with dazzling lights in preparation for -  wait for it  – *24* days time!
