It’s excitement central at About A Boy – www.aboutaboy.com.au – today, as the hotly anticipated Winter 2012 Minti collection is launched! For anyone with a baby to buy for, whether their own or a friend or family member’s new arrival, be sure to look through the baby pieces in Minti’s new releases. Their sweet ‘I Am New’ slogan is splashed across bibs, wraps, cute little hoodies and more, and the funky Peace Owl can be seen on a number of other pieces. As well as that, the striped basic items such as jumpsuits are exactly what every baby loves to wear.  Come to that, I’d wear them too if they came in my size!

One of my favourite memories of being a little girl was when my mummy brought my sister and I puffy little princess dresses. I was captivated by  them and imagined myself part of the Royal family. Charlie, 3¾, Jen and Jack, 4 ½

With the boys now really grasping the concept of Christmas, deciding what we should ask from Santa has become a major part of our daily conversation. Keeping things in perspective has certainly been a major challenge, but I think I’m slowly getting through to them!

What I’m most excited about though is finding gifts that enhance their current interests and nourish their active imaginations. Role play, science, the world around us; all hot topics with our eldest  ’thinker’. His brother on the other hand is much more interested in kicking balls and cars, so I think my choice of toys for him should keep him entertained. So many lovely things out there, here’s hoping this selection will give you some fresh ideas.
