1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as stated below is a condition of entry. Entry is in compliance with the KidStyleFile website general Terms and Conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
2. KidStyleFile gathers and stores information in compliance with the KidStyleFile Privacy Policy, and legislation governing the storage of personal information. KidStyleFile will never share, sell, or distribute your email address with third parties.
3. To be included in the prize draw, entrants must complete the KidStyleFile Annual Reader Survey between 9am 1 June 2009, and midnight 1 July 2009. Entries received outside of these dates will not be eligible for the prize draw. KidStyleFile reserves the right to extend the Survey period.
4. The prize draw is open to Australian residents only.
5. Employees and direct familiy members of KidStyleFile and the Prize Sponsors may complete the survey, but are inelligible for the prize draw.
6. Completion and submission of the survey implies the entrant’s agreement to receive the KidStyleFile Weekly Deals & Steals Newsletter. Entrants must be current, confirmed, subscribers at the date of the prize draw.
7. All Survey fields marked with an “*” are mandatory and represent the minimum components of the survey that must be completed by entrants in order to be eligible for one (1) entry into the prize draw.
8. Entrants may refer 1-5 friends to receive the corresponding number of additional entries into the draw for each successfully accepted referral (i.e. the referred friend must sign-up to the KidStyleFile Weekly Newsletter).
9. Survey fields populated indiscriminately, invalid email addresses, spam, or duplicate entries will be disqualified from the prize draw. Only one entry per email address is permitted.
10. The winners will be randomly selected by KidStyleFile on 12 July 2009, and the winners will be notified by email. Entry in prize draw implies consent of name and details being published on the KidStyleFile website and/or newsletter.
11. Winners must respond to notification of win email within 10 days or the prize/s will be redrawn.
12. KidStyleFile reserves the right to change the specifics of the prizes as required, without notice. The value of the prize will remain the same as the prize originally offered.
13. Prize substitution requests from prize winners cannot be accommodated, and where clothing prizes are allocated readers must submit their child’s gender and age to allow the prize sponsor to assemble the prize package. Clothing styles pictured in promotional pictures of the KidStyleFile Annual Reader Survey are indicative only, and no guarantee is made that product is available in sizes or styles presented in the image of the prize package. Prize packs are assembled according to stock availability at the discretion of the prize sponsor.
14. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
15. Entrants use the KidStyleFile website and survey at their own risk. KidStyleFile disclaims any legal liability in the use of the KidStyleFile website or the KidStyleFile Annual Reader Survey.
16. KidStyleFile will be donating 50 cents for every completed copy of the KidStyleFile Annual Reader Survey to national children’s charity partner Make-A-Wish ® Australia – http://www.makeawish.org.au.

The total value of the Prize Pool is AUD$12,360.20. The cost of postage to send the prizes to the winners is additional to the prize value, and is covered by the sponsoring businesses.
