KidStyleFile Annual Reader Survey Prize Draw
1 Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions are ineligible.
2 Entry is in compliance with the KidStyleFile website general Terms and Conditions of use.
3 The competition is open to KidStyleFile website users who are Australian residents, and starts 1 September 2008, and closes 30 September 2008.
4 The promoter reserves the right to extend the competition, or to amend the content of these terms and conditions to rectify errors or fact
5 To enter users must complete the KidStyleFile Annual Reader Survey during the competition period.
6 Completion and submission of the survey implies your agreement to receive the KidStyleFile Weekly Deals & Steals Newsletter.
7 All fields marked with an * are mandatory: they must be filled in for you to be eligible. The mandatory fields at a minimum to be eligible for one (1) entry into the prize draw.
8 You may refer 1-5 friends to receive the corresponding number of additional entries into the draw.
9 Please note that fields populated indiscriminately, and invalid email addresses will be disqualified from the prize draw. Spam entries will be disqualified.4 Only one entry per IP address/email address is permitted.
10 The winners will be randomly selected on 1 October, 2008 and the winners will be notified by email. Entry in this competition implies consent of name and details being published on the KidStyleFile website and/or newsletter.
11 Winners must respond to notification of win emails within 10 days, or the prize/s will be redrawn.
12 The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
13 KidStyleFile reserves the right to change the specifics of the prizes as required, without notice. The value of the prize will remain the same as the prize originally offered.
14 KidStyleFile Disclaims any legal liability in the use of the KidStyleFile Annual Reader Survey.

The total value of the Prize Pool is AUD$2057.25. The prizes, their value, and the sponsoring organisation, are detailed below. The cost of postage to send the prizes to the winners is in addition to the prize value, and is covered by the sponsoring businesses except where specified as excluded.
